1983-1986 Monte Carlo SS reproduction rear bumper 1-piece flat black strip goes across the rear, vertical surface of the bumper (lowest strip on the rear bumper). It is solid flat black unpainted, but paintable if you want to match our upper strips. This is an alternative to part # DM20257.
