1973-1977 Monte Carlo, Chevelle/Malibu & El Camino black reproduction sun visor set. Each visor is made with the highest quality materials to ensure a long lasting show quality product. Features include:
- Strong yet flexible inner MDF structure
- Inner boards are beveled and routed to insure the binding is nested firmly against the edges
- Clay coated chipboard is used due to its resistance to moisture and warping (GM used untreated cardboard that easily soaked up moisture).
- All metal components are riveted and made of rust resistant alloys.
- Visor pins are heavy duty steel, zinc plated and welded in the correct positions.
- Each material is laminated to each other to prevent separation.
